Noise

  • In the summer / sunshine months: the Leschi & Madrona Beach area is a Seattle hot-spot. It becomes a very busy, beachy neighborhood on sunny days with Seattleites seeking lake breeze, an SUP session, or a visit to the beloved T-Dock for swimming, sunning, and social.

  • There are noise-mitigating windows in main bedroom for a quiet night’s sleep.

  • Lake Washington Boulevard is a busy street . You should expect some car and motorcycle noise.
