Accessibility

  • There are nine steps from parking spot to front door. There are four steps to the primary bedroom from the main level. There is a concrete slab path for a step-free entry though

House Rules

  • Quiet hours 11 PM – 6 AM

  • Pet-friendly with prior approval.

  • No smoking or vaping indoors, OK for patio area.

Noise

  • In the summer months: the Leschi & Madrona Beach area is a Seattle hot-spot and it becomes a very busy, beachy neighborhood. There can be noisy nights in the park / parking lot.

  • There are noise-mitigating windows in main bedroom for a quiet night’s sleep.

  • Lake Washington Boulevard is a busy street . You should expect some car and motorcycle noise.
